At HVNLY Candle Co., every candle is hand-poured with care, clean ingredients, and prayer. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Candles must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging.
Return shipping

For change-of-mind/ordering errors, customer provides return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@hvnlycandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number + clear photos.

We’ll replace the item or refund you (your choice). We cover shipping on approved damage/defect cases.
Final sale items

Sale, limited-edition, and custom/personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Used candles

We’re unable to accept returns on lit/used candles.
Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. Please start a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want instead.
Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank).

Packaging your return

Please use the original box or similar protective packaging. Items damaged in return transit may be ineligible for refund.
