Refund policy

At HVNLY Candle Co., every candle is hand-poured with care, clean ingredients, and prayer. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Candles must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging.

Return shipping

  • For change-of-mind/ordering errors, customer provides return shipping.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@hvnlycandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number + clear photos.

  • We’ll replace the item or refund you (your choice). We cover shipping on approved damage/defect cases.

Final sale items

  • Sale, limited-edition, and custom/personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Used candles

  • We’re unable to accept returns on lit/used candles.

Exchanges

  • We don’t do direct exchanges. Please start a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want instead.

Refund timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank).

  • Email us at info@hvnlycandleco.com with your order number to get started.

Packaging your return

  • Please use the original box or similar protective packaging. Items damaged in return transit may be ineligible for refund.
