Terms of Service – HVNLY Candle Co.

1. Introduction
Welcome to HVNLY Candle Co. Our mission is to create non-toxic, faith-infused candles that bring warmth, peace, and light into your home. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a smooth experience for both you and us.

2. Handcrafted with Care
Every HVNLY candle is hand-poured in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, scent throw, or appearance may occur — this is part of the beauty of handmade products. We do our best to accurately display colors and descriptions, but they may appear differently depending on your screen.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once full payment is received at checkout. We accept major credit cards and Shopify Payments. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted. While we work diligently to package your candles with care, HVNLY Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your candle. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unused candles in their original packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@hvnlycandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

6. Candle Safety
We encourage you to follow the included candle care instructions for safe burning. HVNLY Candle Co. is not responsible for injuries or damages that result from misuse or failure to follow these guidelines.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We believe in doing business with integrity and care. Each order is prayed over before it leaves our hands, and our prayer is that your candle reminds you of God’s peace and presence in your home.
