Shipping Policy – HVNLY Candle Co.

Processing Times
All HVNLY candles are hand-poured in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise noted. During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order is shipped.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your candle’s journey to your home.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. HVNLY Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our candles, but if your order arrives damaged, please email info@hvnlycandleco.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll gladly replace or refund damaged items.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once shipped, HVNLY Candle Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your order seems delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.

Local Pickup (Optional)
If you’re local to Weston, FL, you may select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
